Teslim edilmeyen paketler: Paket adresinize teslim edilemiyorsa veya herhangi bir sebepten teslim alamadıysanız, en yakın kargo şubenizden 3 iş günü içerisinde teslim alabilirsiniz. Teslim alınmayan paketler daha sonra bize iade edilir. Paketinizi memnuniyetle tekrar yollayacağız, ancak ikinci gönderim ücreti kapıda ödemeli olarak size ait olacaktır.
